Current state of affairs and some products....

So the question has been asked many a time... 'are you up and running yet?'  The quick reply is 'yes'... but the longer more accurate reply is 'we are getting things sorted as quickly as possible, and for a two man show there is a lot to take care of.'  The easy solution I guess is to hire some more people, but based on the quality of work that was being performed by some 'sharp as a spoon' employees by our previous employer, I think we will put some extra hours in and make sure the product is constructed properly and to the highest standards.
   
Next question... 'Are you doing Salvo warranty work?'  Well, kinda and not really.  Basically any Salvo (or Leviathan) lights purchased after 01.OCT.09 will have an honored one year Light Monkey warranty.  The key here is to keep your receipt because it will be required for any warranty work to be performed.  With that said, we are not looking to become wealthy on repair work and want you to be confident with the dive light you are using, so many of the repairs will have minimal costs to cover parts, labor, and shipping regardless of original manufacturer.

Last question... 'do you have product?'  Yes, but it leaves pretty much as quickly as components arrive and are assembled.  The lucky dealers who have product or will shortly be receiving it are (listed alphabetically to not offend )
New stocking dealers (hopefully) will be added regularly.

Now for something new...

     

Many have you have requested a solid handle for the 12W and 9W LED, so here it is...  Available for 40USD from your local dealer or if you are buying a new 12W or 9W LED, it is a 20USD upgrade.

Sorry for the long delay, but things have been quite busy.  I am not sure how long this page will be up, but at least until the website goes live.  As we finish up and release products, they will be introduced here and then added to the on line store.  Same is true for dealers, as they are assigned we will note their information and recommend you stop by and visit them. 

A quick note about the logo...


...don't spend a lot of time trying to read into it and make it something it is not.  Joel is the monkey who does not want to see any products come back for warranty repair and I am the monkey who does not want to hear of products coming back for warranty repair.  All we want is to produce the best products available to ensure your time spent underwater exploring or even just sight seeing is trouble free.

We are at the shop normally from 8:00AM-5:00PM EST, if we decide to skip out and go diving hopefully we will update the answering machine accordingly.  The new shop number is 386.202.4690 and you can always send an inquiry via email.
